Unique chemistry has enabled us to produce a multi-functional cleaner/maintainer that restores gloss and improves wear ability as well as to increase mark resistance by increasing flexibility of the floor finish.

Not only does SHINER clean up sticky spillages, tracked in dirt and marks, it extends the time between major strip and seals up to once per year because it won’t yellow or build up on floor - even when mopping or spray- buffed daily.

There’s never a chance of trapped in dirt, dulling or powdering with SHINER and its formulation has been developed to harness the energy advantage of the new super speed 500 to 1500 RPM floor machines to build a wet look gloss in seconds.

Advantages in a Nutshell

Directions

Damp Mopping:
Sealed Floors - Dilute SHINER 1 to 80 (approx half a cup per bucket), mop then buff. Unsealed Floors and heavily soiled areas - Diluted SHINER 1 to 40 (approx one cup per bucket), mop then buff.

Autoscrubbing:
For best results use CORAL or WHITE pads on Auto scrubber for high sheen surfaces. Dilute SHINER approx 1 to 100 parts wear for normal maintenance. If floor or terrazzo surface looks streaky after scrubbing, it is improperly sealed or solution strength is too high.

Spray Buffing:
Spray buffing with SHINER heals minor scratches and removes most marks when immediately buffed after spraying with trigger spray. Dilute SHINER 1 to 15 parts water for normal soilage; 1 to 10 parts water for extra soilage or traffic wear.

Important:

When recoating the floor, or if it becomes slippery, scrub or mop with a 1 to 80 solution of NEUTRACLEAN using a red or blue pad. This is not necessary if floor is being stripped.
